I really love this product

I really love this product. It is just what I ordered and the engraving is beautiful. The only problem I have is that I have had it for about a month or so and on the lid the inside of the lid, the little nob holding the handle and the cap together broke off. Now it is quite fragile and difficult to carry.

I'm so sorry you have experienced trouble with your water bottle. I have sent you an email to get more information so this can be rectified asap. Thankyou TENGJA
